Glucosylrutin

Alpha-Glucosylrutin (AGR) is a glucosylated derivative of rutin, used in cosmetics mainly as an antioxidant and skin-protecting ingredient. Glucosylation improves the water compatibility of the molecule compared with plain rutin, and that single change is why the material reaches formulations plain rutin cannot.
