Standard products are usually shipped within 3–7 working days. OEM/ODM or customized orders generally require 15–30 working days depending on formulation and packaging requirements.

Most cosmetic raw materials have a shelf life of 24 months under recommended storage conditions.
- What are the storage conditions?
Products should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. For specific storage requirements, please refer to the product specifications or contact our sales team.
- What types of cosmetic ingredients do you supply?

- How long does it take to receive samples?
Samples are usually arranged within 1–3 working days. International delivery typically takes 5–10 working days.

Yes. We can provide COA, MSDS, TDS, ingredient specifications, and other relevant compliance documents upon request.
